Effective immediately for all subscribers to Ghostwriter Plan (Modern Heiress by Madam Alias Solis) subscription plan.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Work

• Each article is custom-written up to 1,500 words max.
• Acceptable formats: fictional, semi-autobiographical, or academic.
• No topic is guaranteed unless approved in advance. We reserve the right to decline any brief that violates our policies.

2. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after full payment and completed pre-agreement are received.
• Delays caused by unclear instructions or delayed communication are not eligible for refund.

3. Pre-Agreement Contract

• Upon completing your purchase, you will be contacted by email to discuss your brief and finalize a pre-agreement contract.
• Work will only begin once both parties agree to the contract terms.
• If we are unable to reach an agreement after communication, your payment will be held until the issue is resolved. Refunds are still not issued unless legally required.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront to initiate the process.
• No refunds are issued under any circumstance once payment is made. This includes dissatisfaction, delay, or cancellation by the client after agreement.
• By purchasing, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

5. Ownership & Rights

• Upon delivery and full payment, you own the full intellectual property rights to the article.
• You may edit, publish, distribute, or claim authorship of the content.
• We reserve the right to retain a private, confidential copy for record-keeping purposes.

6. Revision Policy

• One (1) minor revision is allowed if requested within 48 hours of delivery.
• Revisions include tone or factual adjustments. Structural rewrites or new briefs will require additional payment.
• If no revision is requested in 48 hours, the project is considered complete.

7. Use Restrictions

The client agrees not to use the content for illegal, defamatory, plagiaristic, or unethical purposes. The following topics will be automatically rejected:

• Hate speech or racial supremacy
• False allegations or targeted defamation
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Incitement to violence or any illegal activity

8. Disclaimers

• All content is created originally. However, you are responsible for fact-checking and ensuring ethical/legal use.
• Use in academic, professional, or commercial environments is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The writer is not liable for how the content is used post-delivery.
• This includes reputational damage, legal claims, or third-party disputes.

10. Confidentiality

• All client materials, messages, and briefs are handled with strict confidentiality.
• We will never reuse or publish your project unless given explicit written consent.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by international intellectual property and contract law.
• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless both parties agree to arbitration in another jurisdiction.
